The "ear piece" consists of a vibration sensitive microphone that picks up the voice from the cheek bone, and an earphone providing excellent reception even in noisy environments.

The intrinsically safe SAVOX E-C connects to any SAVOX com-control/PTT unit adapting to most types of two-way radios apting to most types of two-way radios prepared for an external audio accessory.
